While starting a new habit, there may be so much difficulties to maintain it. For this problem, I just found a thing.
5AM Club
This is the club initiated by Robin Sharma.
What for it was created??
Just wake up at 5 AM.
Enough??
No.. Not enough.. Continue this for about 66 days.. Then only it will be ur regular habit..
But first 10-20 days, there may be some side effects like laziness, nausea, vomiting, indigestion..
Overcome this riddles to attain this habit.. All you need is 66 days and waking up about 5 AM... Try this awesome...
What makes you to wake up late. Its nothing. Late night sleep.
So, from the 5AM club, we can conclude a fact
# If u want to stick to a new habit, atleast you have to continue the habit for 66 days. Then it will be your habit like brushing, bathing.
The new habit may be anything. But you have to continue that for 66 days.
